Matthew Davidson has compiled a 2GB library of 120bpm synth loops under
the Creative Commons License.

These were sequenced on a Tip Top Audio Z8000 - a hardware sequencer that is
entirely adapted for electronic music. So you don't have to own a Z8000 to get
the benefit of the recordings. The loops are optimized for the MAC OSX but can
be loaded into any WAV player or DAW. Each file has been recorded in 16 bit
stereo at 44.1Khz and some have some effects added.
